HOW FAT LOSS WORKS?
The fat in your body or cells found in the form of triglycerides ,which are Stored fats that the body can use for energy.
Before they can be burned for energy , triglycerides must be broken down into smaller section called free fatty acid and glycerol , which are able to enter the blood stream . During exercise , the free fatty acids and glycerol used as fuel can come from anywhere in the body, not specifically from the area that is being exercised.
Or In Simple words we can say that you have to decrease your overall body fat percentage to get the dream body you are dreaming for.
HOW TO ACHIEVE FAT LOSS?
The answer is Simple- Calorie Deficit! Eat less and Move more! This is a thumb rule!
